What happens when you call
From the first call to the finished repair.
The owner answers the phone himself, at any hour. Here is exactly what happens from there.
1. You call — and the owner answers
You call (330) 844-7189. The owner answers personally. Not an answering service, not a dispatcher, not voicemail. Day or night, 2am or 2pm. We talk through what is broken, where it is, and what kind of metal it is. If your equipment is down right now, say so — that changes how we roll.
2. You send a photo
Snap a photo of the break with your phone and send it over. Most jobs can be quoted from the picture — it tells us the metal, the plate thickness, and the position we will be welding in. If the break is straightforward, that photo is enough to give you a price before we roll.
3. You get a price
We quote the job from the photo when we can. If the repair needs prep, disassembly, or a closer look, we tell you that plainly before we load up. No surprises on the invoice — you know what it will take before we strike an arc.
4. We roll
We load the truck and head to you. Inside Stark County that is usually within the hour. Further out we give you an honest arrival window when you call — we would rather tell you two hours and be there in ninety minutes.
5. We weld it and clean up
We prep the break to sound metal, weld it in position where the machine sits, and check the repair before we pack up. We clean up the area and get you back running before we leave. You see the finished repair, not just a bill.
Response time
We answer 24/7 and roll as soon as we are loaded. Inside Stark County that is usually within the hour. Further out we will give you an honest arrival window when you call — we would rather tell you two hours and be there in ninety minutes.
