1. Services
JJK Mobile Welding & Fabrication LLC provides mobile welding and metal fabrication services to customers in Canton, Ohio and the surrounding Northeast Ohio service area. We come to the customer's location; we do not operate a public storefront.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photographs the customer provides at the time of the request. A quote is an estimate, not a binding contract price. If, on arrival, conditions differ from what was described — access, the metal, the extent of the damage, or whether disassembly is required — the actual price may change. We will tell you before we proceed if the scope has changed.
3. Scheduling and response
The owner answers the phone personally at any hour. Response and arrival times are estimates based on distance, road conditions, and prior commitments. Inside Stark County, response is usually within the hour; further out, we provide an honest arrival window when you call. We do not guarantee a specific arrival time.
4. Site conditions and access
The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work, accurate information about the equipment and its history, and disclosure of any hazards — including, where relevant, what a tank or vessel has contained. We do not perform tanker work. For confined space and hot work, the customer is responsible for complying with their facility's permit and fire watch requirements.
5. Workmanship
We are qualified to AWS D1.1 and AWS D1.2, all positions. Welding is performed in accordance with the applicable AWS standards. However, welding is performed on existing materials the condition of which we do not control. We are not liable for failures arising from pre-existing material defects, prior poor repairs, or conditions not disclosed to us.
6. Payment
Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms are arranged in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJK Mobile Welding & Fabrication LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost production, or lost revenue, arising from the services performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page is the current version.
